Over 120 Colors Used
We, at TPC have honed our skills of calibrating the right shade of a desired colour across our product suite. This requires precision and understanding of colour mixing techniques and how they would finally look in the finished product.
Customization Available
Tube length for Trigger Sprayers can be customized for optimal performance. Tubes are provided with and without filters. In addition, for our range of caps – we offer customization to support packaging of liquids of varying densities, to prevent leakage.
Quality System
Our philosophy is “Zero Defect”. Every process and sub-process from raw material procurement, inter-mediate material production to assembly processes are monitored for quality. We have a robust system that only allows products meeting our quality standards to move to the next process and finally move out towards the packaging team for dispatch.
Product Strategy & Innovation
We focus on providing caps, closures and dispensing solutions that have both consumer and industrial applications. We have adapted existing product designs to offer better performance, optimised costs, while also developing green field products for select customers given adequate quantities.

Make in India
We make a conscious effort to locally source raw materials and components that meet our stringent quality standards. Our products are made of 95% locally manufactured components. Our “Make In India” certification is in progress and shall be updated shortly

Our company ethos as guided by our founding team is rooted in the Japanese philosophy – “Kaizen” – continuous improvement. This drives the pace of new product addition and improvement in the existing products – in terms of production timelines, cost optimization, and customization for our special customers.
Sustainable
While we work with polymers that are known to be ecologically destructive. We ensure that the environment that is closest to the factory is protected from any effluence. Turbhe Polycans is a “Green” certified company by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.

This is the cornerstone of our operating guidelines. Every item undergoes stringent checks at each stage, thereby ensuring that the final product delights the customers. A qualified team of mechanical engineers run and monitor the input and output quality to ensure an error free performance.
